W. Don Wildman
April 15, 1938 -June 5, 2016
Don Wildman, beloved husband, dad, and grandpa was born and raised in Jerome, Idaho. Don was a Twin Falls, Idaho, resident his entire adult life until he suddenly passed away early Sunday morning at St. Luke's with his family by his side.
Don graduated from Jerome High School in 1957. He was an athlete and enjoyed singing at high school functions. After graduation Don went to trade school and received his sheet metal certificate.
His education and craftsmanship led later in life to his teaching for the Sheet Metal Union and at The College of South Idaho Trade School for a total of 28 years. After graduating he also joined the National Guard and served in the Reserves. Don enjoyed camping, fishing and working in his yard.
He is preceded in life by his parents Annie Modrell and LaMont Wildman, and his brother, Jim Wildman.
Don is survived by his loving wife Darlene Wildman, his children, Dawne (Curtis) Ward, Andy Wildman, Kim (Mike) Lutz, and Rick Hatridge. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chris (Hallie) Ward, Lyndi Ward, Whitnee Ward, Bryant Ward, Josh (Jaylyn) Dietrich, Shaun Wildman, Tyler (Ann) Wildman, Zac Wildman, Karisha Hatridge, and Tanzen Hatridge, also, by his brother Norval (Rozella) Wildman, his sister Monnie Reece and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at 3:00 pm at Rosenau Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Jerome Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
