Val lived a great life. She loved horses, fishing, reading, and playing cards and not necessary in that order.
Val was born in Bellevue, Washington to Paul and Maggie Ruppert. She was living in North Bend, Washington, until the family moved to Chelan, Washington, in 1982. Val graduated from Chelan High School. She then moved to Wenatchee, Washington, where she became a CNA and worked for several years. After many miscarriages, she had a beautiful miracle baby. Her name was Morgan Danielle Sperle and she was born on May 28th, 1993, and Morgan became Val’s life from here on. Now a single parent, Val chose to go to college to become an RN, and she did this with ease. So it was no wonder she was a charge nurse in no time.
In 1999, Val left Washington and moved to Twin Falls, Idaho, to be closer to her parents, her sister Kathy and nephews DJ and Eli. Shortly after arriving in Twin Falls, Val meet, fell in love, and married Bill Clements on September 30, 2000. Bill, a Navy Veteran, went on to be a teacher, but his favorite job was dad to Morgan.
Morgan became a mother in 2015. Now a grandma, Val stepped in to help watch Autumn Jade while her mother worked. Val’s life was about Autumn. They fished, did art, read books together, and Val taught her how to play cards. They were the best of friends.
Val will be missed by her family and her loving fur babies Harley and Tucker, and many more.
Val is preceded in death by her grandparents: John and Alice Ruppert, Eugene and Margret Biossat, her mother Maggie Ruppert, nephew DJ Stephenson, her father-in-law Michael Clements, and our beloved fur baby Scooby.
Val leaves behind, her loving husband Bill of 23 years, daughter Morgan, granddaughter Autumn of Twin Falls, father Paul Ruppert of Twin Falls, sister Kathy and her husband David Wouters and family of Oregon, nephew Eli and his family of Twin Falls, and her best friend, for 33 years, Ronica, and her family of Washington.
