Sherry Smith

Sherry Smith died peacefully on May 13, 2016 at her home in Twin Falls after a brief struggle with cancer. Sherry was born on November 16, 1946 in Pueblo, Colorado to Gerald David Moore and Genevieve Baca. Sherry was talented in so many ways, interior decorating, gardening, cooking, and she could refurbish just about anything. She was the most generous, loving, caring soul. She was never quick to judge, helped those in need, and was always excited to share her experiences and wisdom. Sherry is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Genevieve; two brothers, Richard and Charles Moore; a son David Smith and granddaughters Brittany and Brianna. Sherry is survived by her sister Yvonne Moore, brother David Moore both of Twin Falls; her daughter Dawn Epps of Golden, Colorado; her son Dean Smith Jr. of Twin Falls; her lifelong friend Bonnie DeVall of Twin Falls; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless friends. Sherry never wanted a big fuss made over her and asked that her friends and family remember her and celebrate her life privately. She will be deeply missed, always loved, and forever in our hearts and memories. “Mom, I have looked at you in a million different ways, and I have loved you in each, I love you mama.” Love your daughter.
