Sandra L. Carlgren

Sandra Carlgren passed away on Monday August 31, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born on December 29, 1953 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She moved to Ely, NV at a young age where she resided until moving to Twin Falls in 2000, where she began working at the Depot Grill. She worked there for 15 years. In February of 2012 she won Magic Valley Favorite Server. She loved to watch Sunday football with friends especially if the Dallas Cowboys were playing. She also enjoyed making flower arrangements, doing jig saw puzzles and decorating the Depot for the holidays. She was known for her generosity and caring ways’ but also was a little sassy. She is survived by her daughter Roni (Jon) Gooding, of Twin Falls; granddaughter, Nicole Medina, of Twin Falls; grandson Ethan Gooding, of Twin Falls; parents Isaac & Audrey Carlgren, of Ely, Nevada; brothers Ron (Tammy) Carlgren of Ely, NV and Rick Carlgren, of Eureka, NV; sister Edna (Fred) Trowbridge, of Cherry Creek, NV; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Monday September 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Rosenau Funeral Home. A celebration of life will follow at the Turf Club for all family and friends. Food and drinks will be provided. Please come join us to celebrate Sandee’s life and the great person she was. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers in Sandee's name at any First Federal Bank.
