Roy Delmarr Rogers

Roy Delmarr Rogers, 64 of Twin Falls passed away Friday, June 24, 2016 in Salt Lake City. Roy was born November 17, 1951 in Nelson, Nebraska to Bernard Gergen and Carol Dixon Gergen. When he was 16 weeks old the family moved to Idaho. At 17 he married Beverly Hart in 1969. They had 3 wonderful kids. He joined the Army reserves at 18. He and Beverly divorced in 1980. He then married the love of his life Kristen Robinson in 1986. She gave him 3 wonderful daughters. He loved his wife, kids, grandkids, great grandchildren and family. He made the best lasagna, fudge and fruit salad. He loved fishing, camping and his truck. He was preceded in death by his Dad, brother, Dennis Gergen and grandsons Jordon Rogers. Roy is survived by his mother, Carol Gergen, wife Kristen Rogers, kids Sarah (Rick) Bronson, Bernard (Trisha) Rogers, Cindy Rogers, Tasha (Mathew) Romans, Acena (Jasper) Martin and Amber Rogers. He is also survived by his siblings, Ron (Cindy) Rogers, Sharon (Dan) Vawser, Kevin (Oralia) Gergen, Linda (Rick) Rogers, 18 grandkids, 2 great grandkids and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of life will be held at 5:30 pm, Saturday, July 2nd at the Eden City Park. Arrangements were under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
