Roger Corah Dalrymple of Shoshone, ID passed away on July 25, 2013. He was born on June 28, 1950 to Gale and Adelaide Dalrymple in Bluffton, IN. He received his degree in Civil Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology. In 1978 Roger moved to Idaho with his family and started a career with the Bureau of Land Management in Shoshone. He recently retired after 35 years of service. He enjoyed being in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and target shooting. In recent years he traveled extensively through Scotland and Ireland to learn about his family heritage. Roger is survived by his son: Brad Dalrymple of Draper, UT; his daughters: Tiffany Dalrymple of Parker, CO and Stephanie Haught of Buhl, ID; four grandchildren: Ryne, Bailey, Jaret, and Kale; sister-in-law Karen Dalrymple of Markle, IN and three nephews: Robert, Mike, and Dan. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers: Billy Joe and Rick. There will be no funeral services but a celebration of his life is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30th 2-4 pm at the Rosenau Funeral Home Community Room in Twin Falls. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for all the support and best wishes they have received. The family requests no flowers, but suggests memorials be made to the Idaho Fish and Game.
