Patricia (Hone) Sutterfield, age 72 passed away on July 7, 2021 in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was born on July 3, 1949 in Logan, Utah, she was raised by her parents William and Marjorie (Bills) Hone. Patricia attended school in Pocatello, ID, and later graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1967. On December 16, 1967 she married Paul Sutterfield, and they went on to have three boys, Sean, Jason and Marc. Due to the nature of Paul’s employment, they had the opportunity to live in various places of the U.S. which included the states and cities of: Walden, NY, Twin Falls and Pocatello, ID, Salt Lake City, UT, Reno, NV, Grand Junction and Longmont, CO, Merced, CA, and Temple, TX. Though Patricia and Paul had lived in many places throughout their time, 6 years ago they retired and moved to Twin Falls, ID. Paul’s job also took them on vacations to Europe, Hawaii, and on several different cruises. When her children had grown, Pat went to work at Schiguts Dept. store in Belton TX, at a small family-owned shop, alongside the owners and co-workers whom she loved and enjoyed her time spent with for 7 years. Pat was quite the doting pet mom, always having at least one pet dog. Throughout their 53 years spent with one another, Pat and Paul’s marriage was not only seen as a partnership, or time spent as parents, eventually becoming grandparents, but as two best friends who shared every thought and deed with one another. Her trust and faith in God were solid and she spent many hours of her time reading through the Bible. Pat is survived by her husband, Paul; sons Sean (Tiffany) of Port Orchard, WA., Jason (Maria) of Merced, CA., and Marc (Sarah) of Mt. Vernon, MO.; grandchildren, Cameron, Hailey, Aiden, and Paige Sutterfield; sister Marcy Hone of Twin Falls; brothers-in-law Bill Sutterfield of Twin Falls, Phil (Connie) Sutterfield of Salt Lake City, and 5 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Lee Ann Emerson and brother Bill Hone Jr. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday July 13, 2021 from 5-7pm at Rosenau Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 10:00am at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
