Mary J. Temple

Mary Jean Temple, 69, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital in Twin Falls, ID on Monday, June 27, 2011. She was born In Portland, OR, January 9, 1942 to Thurlow and Helen Steward. Mary and Melvin Temple were married on May 1, 1965. They resided in Burley Idaho were they started their family. They moved to Hagerman in 1976 were they raised their three children, Michael (Nicole), Carol (Jim Scholl), Frank (Geri). Mary's passion was antiques, she owned and operated a number of antique shops while they lived in Hagerman. Mary and Mel retired and moved to Twin Falls in 2004. She was survived by 6 grandchildren: Lexi, Cole, Breann, Jake, Makki, and Bryce, as well as a brother Pat Steward from Lacey Washington. She was preceded in death by both her parents, and one brother Michael Steward. The family suggests memorials be given to the American Association of Diabetes.
