Judith M. Slocum

Judith M. (Keach) Slocum age 75 passed away on September 3, 2016 with family by her side after a long illness at Desert Rose in Twin Falls. Judith was born on May 4, 1941 to Charles and Fannie (Penhallow) Keach. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Russell; two grandsons Christopher and David and her husband Gerald Slocum Sr. Judith married the love of her life on July 6, 1958 and from that union they had 6 children Sherry (Roger) Dutt, Cyndi (Jeff) Horton, Chuck (Bonnie) Slocum, Margie (RD) Adema, Jerry (Joy) Slocum and Alecia (Willie) Dalton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Bonnie, Justin, Mandi, Susi, Samm, Jonn, RC, Russell, Shelby, Calvin and Tameka. Step-grandchildren Jamie, Steven, Ashleigh, Miguel and Alex and 12 great grandchildren. Judith loved to play camasta and cribbage with anyone that was willing to take her on. She also enjoyed ceramics, reading, bowling, logic puzzles and spending time with her family. What a blessing it was for us to have you as our mom. You fought a long hard battle now you can rest. Until we see our beautiful Tweety again we love you. Special thanks to Desert Rose staff, Steve ad Ramona Farnsworth, St. Luke’s Hospice especially Alma. Thank you Erin and Rosenau Funeral Home for treating mom with the respect she deserved. A memorial service will be hld on Monday September 12, 2016 at Rosenau Funeral Home at 3:00 pm.
