Gary Wayne Tucker, 70 passed away on April 2, 2014 after his 2 ½ year battle with A.L.S. (Lou Gehrig’s). He leaves his wife of 32 years, Beverly Tucker and 4 children, daughter Angie (Brian) Frost; son Stephen (Anita) Tucker of Heber, Utah; daughter Sharon (Jorge) DeVaronaof Twin Falls; son Rob Bashon of Payette, Idaho; two sisters Linda Tucker of Vale, Oregon and Laura (Peter) Braniff – Sanchez of Portland, Oregon; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many close friends. He was born in Ontario, Oregon on March 7, 1944 to Marian and Marie Tucker. He grew up in the Vale/Willowcreek Oregon area. Gary lived in several areas of Oregon and Idaho. Twin Falls has been home to him since 1994. Gary enjoyed people and decided he wanted to sell cars. He took great pride in his work and he truly relished the friends he made, co-workers and customers. Even during his illness Gary never complained about his disease, he always had an uplifted sense of humor and a big smile. He was truly a remarkable and gentle man and will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, trips to Jackpot and playing practical jokes. His favorite sayings were; “See ya in the Funny’s” and “ya mess with the Bull, ya get the horns”. He is preceded in death by his brother Tom Tucker; his parents Marian and Marie Tucker; a niece and a nephew. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday April 12, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Rosenau Funeral Home, 2826 Addison Ave E. Gary’s favorite flowers are wildflowers and outhouse roses. He will truly be missed and always loved. Please bring your stories about Gary with you to share at the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Roseanu Funeral Home.
