Erma Ruth Greene

Erma Ruth Greene Born on June 28, 1937. Erma passed away surrounded by her family on August 1, 2017 at St. Luke's Magic Valley. She was born in Jerome, Idaho to Nellie Ruth Sullivan (Roland) and James Fowler Sullivan. She was preceded death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters, her step father Lawrence W Griffith (Red). She is survived by Conlie her husband of 63 years, Children, Terry (Sue) Greene, Steve (Rosa) Greene, all of Twin Falls, Connie (Steve) Kober of Filer. 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Erma lived in Long Beach California and in Glens Ferry Idaho at an early age, she later lived in Jerome Idaho where she attended school. After marrying Conlie she became an LPN and they moved to Twin Falls where she was a homemaker while raising her three children. Erma worked at SewCiety Fabrics before moving to Jackpot where she worked in Dr. Lyman's dental office and as an EMT on the Jackpot Ambulance. She was Worthy Matron of The Order of Eastern Star in Filer, Idaho, where she enjoyed the many friends she made there. Erma enjoyed many diverse activities in her well rounded life. Camping was one of her favorite things to do. She made numerous trips to the Oregon Coast, and enjoyed going to Quartzite, Arizona each winter where she enjoyed square dancing with her friends and husband. Erma loved to crochet and made many items her family treasures. The family would like you to join them for a viewing on Monday August 7th between 6:00 and 8:00 P.M. at Rosenau Funeral Home 2826 Addison Ave E. Twin Falls. The Funeral will be held Tuesday August 8th at 11:00 A.M. at Rosenau Funeral Home. Burial will be immediately following at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls. In lieu of flowers Erma requested a donation to the Twin Falls Humane Society at 420 Victory Ave., Twin Falls ID 83301.
