Donald Lee Armstrong

Donald (Donnie) Lee Armstrong was born January 6th 1937, to Alice G, Carder/Armstrong and Ellis Charles Armstrong. Donnie joined the Navy in 1958, served 4 years and was honorably discharged in 1962 as a seamen 1st class. Donnie married VanDella Ballard and moved out to Beloit Illinois and worked in a foundry for 15 years they remained there and were married for many years until her passing. Donnie was fortunate enough to find love again and married Mary Betty Grooms until her passing. Donnie moved back to Idaho where he lived out the rest of his days and passed on February 10th 2025. Donnie was loved by everyone and had a huge heart, he loved to fish and hunt and loved finger steaks. Donnie loved to play guitar and sing. Surviving are Brother Raymond Armstrong, Kenneth Armstrong, (Connie) Monty Armstrong (Tammy) Karen Cooper, Kelly Armstrong. Proceeded in Death by Chuck Armstrong, Lloyd Hundly, Lorendale Armstrong, Jerry Armstrong, Evelyn Brink.
