On November 24, 2016 Cindy Jean Wiser, left this earth, surrounded by family to be with her Lord and Savior. Cindy was born October 10, 1982 to Doug and Gina Haynes from Twin Falls, Idaho. Cindy was the middle child of three children; Brother Kris Haynes the oldest and her sister Abbie Haynes the youngest. She was a beloved wife to Donovan Wiser and an exceptional mother to Abbigayle and Brooklynn Wiser.
Cindy attended school at Paul Elementary, West Minico Jr. High, and Minico Senior High School. She received an associate's degree from College of Southern Idaho, and a bachelor's degree from Boise State University. Cindy was employed at Health and Welfare through the State of Idaho. Cindy was a Case Manager for the Child and Family Services Department. This is where Cindy went on to fulfill her life's passion of helping and, loving children. Cindy never met a child that she did not love and a child never met Cindy that did not love her. Cindy was devoted to the children she served and the dedicated foster families with whom the foster children lived. Cindy was loved and admired by her co-workers.
Cindy enjoyed doing things with family and friends, camping, and bringing laughter to all she met. She loved hearing and telling stories of family, past and present. Cindy was loving, generous, compassionate, and full of joy. Cindy was amazing to be around, she had a wonderful sense of humor, and she was quick-witted, sarcastic, and always laughed. Cindy enjoyed life and life enjoyed her.
Cindy is survived by her husband Donovan Wiser, two beautiful daughters, Abbigayle and Brooklynn Wiser, of Twin Falls. Parents Doug and Gina Haynes, Twin Falls, her brother Kris and sister Abbie Haynes, from Boise, her grandmother's Helen Haynes from Burley, Idaho and Arvella Klebe of Yuma, Arizona, along with numerous aunts and uncles through-out Idaho and Washington. She was preceded in death by, Grandfathers Eugene Haynes, Ronald Klebe and Mother In-Law Diane Wiser.

Funeral Services are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home. There will be time of sharing and celebrating how Cindy touched the lives of others on Friday 6:00 - 8:00 P.M.at Rosenau Funeral Home with funeral services Saturday 1:00 at the Twin Falls Nazarene Church.
