Charles Franklin Cliett

Charles Franklin Cliett passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Monday February 29, 2016. Charles was born the 4th child of 6 in Tell, Texas on March 30, 1932. He was a long time member of the Elks. He owned the Wooden Shoe south of Hansen in the early 70's, where he met and maintained many friendships. Charles loved to garden, fish, hunt and just enjoyed the outdoors. Charles was a masoner and specialized in water tower structures. He is greatly loved and will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife Velda Cliett; his sons Randy (Judy), Andy (Carrol), Lance (Gloria), Jim (Barbara), Walter, Milton, Richard and daughters Debbie (Jim), Jere (Jerry). He is also survived by one sister, Nelda Gouin of Emmett, California. A graveside service will be held on Saturday March 5, 2016 at noon at Sunset Memorial Park. A gathering of food and celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 5, 2016 from 1-3 at Rosenau Funeral Home Community Room. Arrangements are under the direction of Rosenau Funeral Home.
