Caroll Oliver Edwards, 87 of Twin Falls passed away May 16th, 2018 at Chardonnay Assisted Living. Caroll was born June 25, 1930 in Randall, Kansas to Clarence and Eva Edwards. He attended Filer High School graduating in 1948. Caroll worked for the Twin Falls Canal Co. after his military service. He was employed with Idaho Power Co. for 30 years until he retired. He loved fishing, hunting, and camping. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Twin Falls. He had been a member of the church choir for50 years and 29 years, singing with the Twin Falls Magicords. He was also an Eagle Scout. Caroll served in the Korean War from 1951-1954 and was discharged as a Master Sergeant. He married Carol J. Kleinkopf on January 21, 1953. Caroll is survived by his wife; children, Von Edwards of Hagerman, ID, Cleta Allison of Hansen, ID; grandchildren, Ronnie Jones of Hansen, ID, Cody Edwards of Caldwell, ID, Kristi Burgess of Idaho Falls, ID Cory Burgess of Hagerman, ID; greatgrandchildren; Dominic Jones, Evy Jones, Kayla Jones, Broady Edwards, Stacey Jones, Hayden Jones, Addie Helms, Axle Burgess: one brother, Conard Edwards of Bremerton, WA., one sister Clyda Walden of Tuttle, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his brother Cloyce Edwards. Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 22, at Rosenau Funeral Home.
