Brian "Jay" Phelps

Brian "Jay" Phelps was born on July 7, 1959 in Muscatine, Iowa to Stanley G. Phelps and Lorraine E. Garvin.  Enough hair the he was often mistaken for "a girl".  A man full of life, interests and hobbies. He made many friends thru playing softball, bowling and billards.  He worked hard raising six children, Brian Brooks, Christa Brooks, Jay Levi Phelps, Alex Phelps, Dylan Phelps and Cayli Bonn.  Tupperware, Farmhouse and Ashley all led to his passion of woodworking in which he created beautiful furniture that he leaves his children.  Jay is survived by a sister Lorri Parker of Missouri and a brother Stan "Brad" Phelps of Missouri and many other relatives and friends.  Jay said "I'm not afraid of dying sis, just never thought it would be so young."  Neither did we Jay.
