Benjamin Riley Allen

Benjamin Riley Allen, 81, of Twin Falls passed away on April 21, 2023.  He was born on May 1, 1941 in Miami, Arizona.  He was preceded in death by his wife Viola Fife Allen, mother Theoda Allen, brother Leroy Dryden, sister Rosie Vendsen, and brother Don Allen.  Benjamin was a loyal, hardworking, kind, and funny cowboy who loved his family and friends.  He is survived by his daughter Michelle (Skyler) Johnson, sisters Ella Rae Hasselstrom, Mary Tracy and Helen Roger as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Benjamin served in the US Army, where he gained valuable experience and skills that he would later apply in his career.  After leaving the military, Benjamin worked for the City of Twin Falls Street Department for 23 years, where he made many lifelong friends.  In his free time, Benjamin enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and playing darts.  He was a skilled outdoorsman who loved spending time in nature.  A funeral service for Benjamin will be held on Saturday May 20, 2023 at 10am at Rosenau Funeral Home, 2826 Addison Ave E. Twin Falls.  Family and friends are welcome to attend to pay their respects to this beloved man.
